RETURN & REFUND POLICY

1. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only if:

  • The item is defective upon delivery
  • The wrong item was supplied
  • The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery


2. Conditions for Returns

  • Items must be unused, unactivated, and in original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase is required.


3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used accessories (earphones, chargers, cables)
  • Items damaged due to misuse, drops, water, or electrical faults


4. Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method.

Refunds take 7–14 business days to reflect.


5. Exchanges

Where possible, defective items may be exchanged for the same or similar product.


6. Future Categories

Household items and other future products may have category-specific return conditions.
