DELIVERY & SHIPPING POLICY

1. Delivery Coverage

Pat Thomas iCare Pro delivers within Kumasi and to other parts of Ghana through third-party courier and dispatch services.


2. Delivery Timeframes

  • Same-day or next-day delivery may apply within Kumasi, subject to availability.
  • Intercity deliveries may take 1–5 business days depending on location.
  • Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.


3. Delivery Fees

  • Delivery fees vary based on location, item size, and courier charges.
  • Fees are communicated to the customer before dispatch.


4. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must:

  • Provide accurate delivery address and contact details
  • Be available to receive items or assign a representative
  • Pat Thomas iCare Pro is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect details provided by the customer.


5. Inspection Upon Delivery

Customers are advised to inspect items upon delivery. Any issues must be reported within 24 hours.


6. Failed or Returned Deliveries

Failed deliveries due to customer unavailability or incorrect address may attract additional delivery charges.

Unclaimed items may be returned to our store.


7. Risk Transfer

Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer once the item is handed over to the delivery service.
